Week in Post #24 & George at ASDA Haul

Saturday is here again :) In case you hadn't guessed, I love weekends! Despite placing a few too many orders this week I haven't actually received much post. The arrival of my dress this morning did put a huge smile on my face though.

My friend always raves about these books and how I need to buy them. Very sad and depressing but I do enjoy this type of book. I ordered this from Amazon on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday.

I emailed Models Own on Sunday to let them know that the lipstick I received last week was damaged. They replied on Monday and I received the replacement on Tuesday. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

This is the dress that cheered me up this morning. This was £12.50 in Ark's sale. I didn't think it would actually fit me but decided to order it for 'thinspiration'. I was so pleased when I tried it on this morning and it fit perfectly. Its also very slimming. I'm in love. I ordered this on Sunday and received it today (Saturday).

Thursday saw the zip on my trousers break in work. I had bright pink knickers on. Thankfully its cold so I'm wearing a jumper to work which, when pulled down, covered the whole embarrassing situation. I went to ASDA from work to buy a replacement pair of cheap trousers, came out £40 worse off. They have some lovely clothes in there at the moment, I was actually quite reserved in only buying what I did.

Three pairs of knickers for £6, mix and match.

Very pretty bra for £6, annoyingly the matching undies were a thong and I don't do thongs. Any pink or grey knickers will be nice with this though so I wasn't too bothered.

Work trousers, £14. I usually buy the £10 trousers from ASDA but these feel like really good quality so I decided to spend the extra £4 on them.

Pretty top for £14, absolutely love this!

Enough posting on here, I have an appointment in town at 10am, its now 9:14 and I still need to have a shower and wash my hair - whoops!!

Happy Saturday all :)

  1. Aww I loved the Dave Pelzer books - I read them when I was around 13, which was probably WAY too young considering how disturbing some of the stuff is :/ x
