Festival Survival Kit

Hi guys, something a little random and different from me today!

Spencer (the Mr) is going to the Rewind Festival for his stag do in August. He has never been to a festival before and doesn't really know what to expect. I decided to be kind and put together a little 'survival kit' for him. I wasn't planning on giving it him just yet, but he started looking into buying this type of stuff himself!

Blog post - festival survival kit

The whole kit cost me £8.48 including any P&P and he really appreciates it.

The kit contains (links where possible) :

10 disposable toilet seat covers
Waterproof PVC Poncho (this can also double up as a ground sheet for the tent)
Strip of ibuprofen (take before going to bed with a pint of water to prevent hangovers)
Ear plugs
Chewable Toothbrushes
Anti-Bacterial Wipes from Primark

Is there anything that I've missed from this kit?

  3. Ooh, the disposable seat covers are a good idea, didn't know you could get those.

Something that's always a must for me is dry shampoo...I know we are talking about a man, but I expect it would still come in quite handy! And I'm sure this is an obvious one, but don't let him go without wellies! I've made that mistake before and lost my shoes in the mud at Glastonbury...never again! And speaking of mud, a little fold-out camping stool or chair, as there will be nowhere to sit down! Hope this is of some use.

  4. ooh yeah, hand gel, mini dry shampoo, a plastic beaker or water bottle and lots of socks. I just got these things that you snap and put in your boots or socks to keep your toes warm, going to use them in the night to stay warm xx
