Week in Photos #71

Hi all :) I'm back from my long weekend in Brixham. We had an absolutely fantastic time and were very lucky weather wise. Back to reality now I'm afraid! I hope you enjoyed my scheduled posts and my guest post in my absence, please check them out if you haven't already!

We bought frozen duck legs in orange sauce in our weekly shop and oh my! It was amazing!

I've dug the Primark doughnut out again, I go through phases with this where I wear it all the time then don't wear it for ages!

You may remember that I was given new tablets for my spots the other week. Annoyingly they bought me out in an awful rash! I'm now back on the tablets I've been taking for ages, even though they don't clear it up 100% they do reduce the acne a little. The Doc has also given me this cream which smells disgusting! I'm now on the list to see the Dermatologist as I've tried every option available from the Doctors!

My spots have been awful since swapping and changing medication for them, I decided to whack a face mask on in the hope of calming things down a little.

Loving virtually trying on glasses on the Specsavers website! I need this Gok Wan's in my life!

Spencer made these amazing meatballs in the slow cooker Thursday - I must make him cook more often!

My home for the weekend.

A little beach in Brixham. I went with quite a large group, eight adults and three children.

Playing Who Wants To Be A Millionaire while drunk and waiting for the boxing!

Home time, I hate paying to get back into my own country!

Favourite shot of the holiday! I am really pleased with the photos that I took, and may do a separate post showing some of my faves if you like?

I hope you've had a great week!

    1. Pics post is up :) I'm glad you like my OOTDs :) I will try and do more, wearing a uniform Monday - Friday and not going out much during the week means that I only really wear anything worth taking photos of two days a week - if that! xx

  2. Hia lovely, have you tried using Laroche-Posay and Avene? I have sensitive skin and used to have really bad spots which resulted in scares. I use both Laroche-Posay and Avene and also the Planet Spa range from Avon, they are all excellent. Panoxyl is a really good cream as well. I would say defiantly try French skin care it's fantastic. xx

  8. That duck looks awesome and those Gok glasses really suit you :) Good luck with seeing the dermatologist hun. My boyfriend still suffers a bit with acne / scarring and he gave up on seeing Doctors years ago so it'll be interesting to see what can be done for you and maybe it will encourage him to see someone again xxx

Thanks Gem, I'll let you know how it goes although I'm sure I'll be waiting months for an appointment. Its definitely worth going back to the Docs though, I, like him, gave up a while back and have only now gone back. They seem to be taking me a lot more seriously now because of my age and how long I've had them x
