NOTD : Cold as Ice

I've seen this nail look floating around the internet quite a lot recently, it is so apt with all of the snow and ice that we've been having that I couldn't resist copying. I love the combination of glitter and pale blue, so winter-y.

I used two coats of Barry M Blue Moon and one coat of Rimmel Disco Ball. Two polishes in completely different leagues in my humble opinion. I usually like Barry M polishes but I find Blue Moon to be quite watery and not very nice to apply, I did manage to get away with two coats here but I could have done with at least one more coat in reality. The Rimmel Disco Ball however is a lovely nail varnish and applies really well. My favourite glitter top coat by far.
