Monthly Treats : The Confessions of a financially unstable female #8

I was lucky enough to get hold of the No 7 cleansing brush while it was on offer for £15, it has now gone back up to £24.95, I placed the order online as they didn't have it in my local Boots. I had to spend £20 to qualify for free delivery to the store so I gave in to the hype and picked up an Apocalips, I've not tried it yet.
My Benefit oil free moisturiser ran out, despite being pretty much in love with that moisturiser I'm trying to find a cheaper alternative as that one is so expensive. This Freederm perfecting moisturiser seems to be doing a good job so far.

Annoyingly I paid cash for this, threw my receipt away and can't find it online. I'm pretty sure it was around the £3 mark. I saw this handy spork while in Paperchase in Reading with Sarah & Jess. We had a look at it but I decided not to buy it. I ended up regretting this decision and going to the Cardiff branch to buy it a week later. This is so handy to keep in my drawer at work.

My eBay watch list posts are proving to be really bad for me! I can't resist buying some of the items. I absolutely love my lipstick holder but have seen a cheaper one doing the rounds on the blogosphere which looks identical so keep an eye out for that, I'm pretty sure that one is also from eBay but costs about half the price of mine. My 99p skull ring is just awesome, I've still not worn it yet as I want to paint it with clear nail varnish first, its sure to stain my fingers green otherwise. My tartan scarf has a little more pink in than I expected, that didn't disappoint me though as I do really like it. Another hype that I've given into this month is the geek tee, for less than £10 I couldn't resist and I love the colour. Mine is a large. I finally bought a new iPhone 5 case, the majority of the buttons had fallen off on my old case which meant I couldn't use them, quite annoying!

I'm very pleased with my Primark bargains, I picked up both of these sale items while in Reading. I saw the boots in my local Primark and didn't bother buying them then instantly regretted it. I was relieved to see that they still had them in stock in Reading, I've hardly taken them off since buying them.

    1. I'm so rubbish that I still haven't tried the brush! Typical blogger problem of needing to photograph it before I can use it!
eBay is all I seem to be doing lately, I must stop spending! x
