Week in Photos #103

We had more snow! This time last year we were wearing flip flops and eating our tea from a BBQ, the difference a year makes hey! Thankfully it wasn't enough snow to cause any dramas or a shortage of bread & milk haha!
Kitty being a cutie in bed with me this morning.
I had chicken stir fry for lunch, so simple to make yet so delicious.
We just had a naughty McDonalds for tea, we've been visiting Spencer's nan in hospital and did not have any energy to cook when we came in. We also wanted an excuse for some Monopoly stickers!

Pizza & garlic bread for tea last night, I actually left the majority of this as I'd been eating buffet food all afternoon so wasn't feeling it.
I've never seen Kingsmill's Brioche before so had to pick this up. It wasn't the nicest Brioche I've turned but still it was nice.
Loving that you can now get cans of wine spritzer! These cost £1 each from Iceland - bargain! I bought a few of these to drink before we went to a 30th Birthday party Friday night. I was absolutely stupidly legless at the party.
I went to my friend's baby shower yesterday. We had a lovely day with loads of nibbles, cakes and non-alcoholic cocktails.

I've quite a bit of money on my Clubcard account! I decided to take Spencer's minds off things on Friday as we are off work. I've changed over £60 worth of Pizza Express vouchers so we can have a good old binge! We'll make a day of it and go to the one in Monmouth and just have a little wander around.

I've finally given all of my Bridesmaids's their presents. The Wedding was four months ago today and I'm sill only now sorting out things like this and the Thank You cards, I am so lame! I decided to get photo books made for each of the girls instead of giving them a present on the day, each photo book is personalised to them showing the day from their view. I figure its a nice little keepsake for them.

  1. Photobooks make great gifts for any occasion and are so much easier than buying photo albums. We train guide dogs and each time one leaves we get my mum a photobook with pictures of the dog in it :) x

  2. The photobooks are a lovely idea. It took me ages to do my thank you cards too... Some of them almost took longer than the marriage lasted! (It's ok, I can laugh about it now...) xx
