Saturday was the day that a few of us Welsh bloggers had been looking forward to for quite a while. I arranged this meet along with Chantele, Georgina and Laura. They were absolutely awesome to work with and I could not have done it without them - thank you girls!
We put the bags together at Georgina's house in the morning, we then struggled to carry the heavy bags from the car park to the venue, Charli made the mistake of texting me which meant that we roped her and Leanne into helping us, along with Christina who was waiting downstairs. My arms and back are still aching today, carrying six of these bags along with my handbag was hard work, note to self, next time enlist some men.
Laura made the amazing cupcakes above, so pretty and yummy. My hands were lovely and glittery after eating mine, edible glitter makes everything in the world seem better. Fact.
Jenny kindly sorted the venue for us. We went to the Brew House in Cardiff, very kindly gave us our own area upstairs and 2 for 1 deals on cocktails, wine, fosters and pizzas. These all went down very well. I had the duck pizza and several cocktails which were all delicious. The Brew House itself is a relatively new live music venue, they had someone playing the whole time we were there which was great. It is a very cool and relaxed place, I'll be going back.

We enjoyed the food and drinks in the Brew House along with pleasant chatter and demonstrations from Lush. Unfortunately I didn't make it over to the Lush girls but those that did took home some lovely face mask samples.
After the Brew House we headed over to Crabtree & Evelyn where our guests were treated to hand treatments and another goody bag. I ate the free biscuits :)
We accidentally timed the event perfectly, it just so happened that St David's were putting on fashion shows all day. We watched the catwalk where the models not only walked but also did some fantastic dancing. We were then lucky enough to have a chat with the stylist of the show, JP.
It was such an amazing day, I am so proud of myself, Chantele, Georgina and Laura for putting it together. I can't wait to meet everyone again.
I mentioned goody bags earlier, the contents did vary but were all very impressive. This is what I received in mine.
Mini Bioderma and nail file from Escentials.
Perfume samples and lip gloss from Thomas Sabo.
Jenny very kindly made these gorgeous earings for the bags, so sweet of her.
Large purse from Ollie & Nic.
Beautiful earings from Little Moose.

These lovely items from She Said Beauty.
Vero Moda iPhone 4 case, Twisted Sista Curl Spray, Elemis Bath & Shower Cream.
