Week in Photos #143

I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of Clogau's flagship store in St David's, Cardiff on Thursday. I had a brilliant evening in the lovely store and we were spoilt rotten. After the event Georgina, Claire and I went to Mount Fuji for some yummy grubby. Event post to follow.

I've been pretty much on plan with Slimming World this week (until the weekend at least). I prepared some yummy meals including Slimming World chocolate mousse (disappointing), pork biryani, salads for work and sweet potato Shepherd's pie.

Attempting to look after my skin; Slimming World pulled pork; I blogged about my up-cycled Helmer here; lemon chicken burgers and cucumber relish.

We spent the weekend in Banbury visiting family where we enjoyed forced down a shot of Absinth bearing the family name. We went to Bicester Village before heading home and I bought a Michael Kors watch which I am stupidly in love with. It has been discontinued so was reduced by £100 in the outlet shop.

Following my week on plan I lost 2lbs in my first weigh in of 2014.

    1. It is a great motivator, I'm considering putting one in work so that it is in the public domain and will embarrass me into being good! x
