Week in Photos #152

Not many food photos this week as it has been so busy! I did enjoy a few bits which included steak & BBQ ribs | A Cadburys Creme Egg biscuit | Late night meal consisting of Coco Pops! | Potato slices, steak and cheese.

This week has been all about blogging events. Three in total, they always seem to come all at once, nothing for months then three in one week. The first event was a Benefit event on Wednesday, I caught the bus down to Cardiff, went to Benefit to get my eyebrows waxed (I didn't want to turn up with bushy brows!) and then headed over to Tiger Tiger for the event. We each took home a little box of goodies and I came home to cwtches with Kitty. I will post about the event soon.

On the same day as the Benefit event I had my first Yo! Sushi experience with Rosie and Georgina. I will definitely be going back, but I'll be smuggling a knife and fork in next time. The spoon and children's chopsticks that they gave me were okay but they were wooden and I hate the feel of wooden things in my mouth!

On Thursday I went back to Cardiff for Ladies Night at St David's, the last photo in this collage is my lovely goody bag, again, blog post to follow. Friday evening was spent catching up on Hollyoaks, it has been so good lately! Spencer's parents bought us some cool beer & a poster from their little trip as it has the family name in the brand, pretty cool.

I was in Cardiff again on Saturday for #CDFSpringMeet. We had lunch, Lush arm and hand massages and a tour of the ELF Store. Another amazing day with amazing people. The event supported Give & Make-Up charity so I took a bag of mostly unopened make-up to donate to the charity. Another blog post to come on that event!

Today was spent visiting my mother and my mother-in-law. I don't do soppy so couldn't resist picking this card up from Scribbler (the joys of being in Cardiff so much this week!) for my mam. She looks after my niece & nephew so this coaster is very appropriate. We were going to go out for lunch but my mam hasn't long had false teeth put in so didn't really want to go out for food. Instead me & Spencer took a McDonalds and a bouquet of flowers up, my mam hardly ever has McDonalds (my dad refuses to eat the 'crap') and really wanted to try the Frappes so it was a real treat!
