Meg Darlington Contemporary Jewellery

I briefly mentioned Meg Darlington in my #CDFSpringMeet post, Meg very kindly donated four pieces of jewellery for prizes in the form of one personalised necklace and three pairs of earings.

Meg is a jewellery designer based in North Wales, she uses mainly hand tools in jewellery making and strives to make every piece individual.
"My work is inspired by our changing environment; paint that is peeling and chipping away from wooden doors, cracks in old windows, driftwood and weathered boats and beach huts at the seaside, sea-worn shells and pebbles. I display fragments of our natural environment beside linear silver framework and shapes that mirror manmade structures which creates a striking contrast."

As if the necklace wasn't amazing enough already Meg kindly personalised the back of it for us. Pretty awesome right? I'll be honest, I'm rather envious of the lovely bloggers that were lucky enough to win these items!

Once again, thank you so much for sponsoring the event, it was a real pleasure to have you on-board!
