St David's Ladies Night 2014 #TreatBySD

Last Thursday I headed to Cardiff for St David's annual ladies night, I was lucky enough to be invited to the VIP area before the shopping discounts started. Us VIPs were treated to the most gorgeous cocktails from Grey Goose, plenty of sweets, a spin the wheel type game (I won free entry to a nightclub before 12, it was a Thursday night so probably free anyway, some of the other girls won pretty nail varnishes) and of course a goody bag each.

Ladies night is a very popular event and with great discounts throughout the centre ranging from 10 - 30% you can see why. There are various treat stations offering a variety of goodies including popcorn, gift cards, free parking and Lindt Lindor.

There were a few pampering stations dotted around though we didn't go over to these so I'm not sure if they were free or required a purchase.

Kelsie and I had a little wander around, we both took advantage of the 20% discount in Boux Avenue and I bought a charm from Clogau to go on my necklace (Spencer is reimbursing me for my Birthday), I didn't get a discount on that unfortunately as you had to spend £239 to receive 20% off, I don't think Spencer would've been very happy if I'd spent that much on my present from him! We also called into Boots where Benefit were 'speed faking', Kelsie had a makeover and treated herself to Big Easy and Gimme Brow as they had 10% off, keep an eye out for her reviews of these two wonder products. It was great to finally meet the lovely Anthony, the only Benedude in the region! Anthony loves bloggers so go say hi to him on Twitter.

Thanks St David's and the lovely ladies at Grayling for our awesome goody bags. The chocolates went down a treat and I am super excited to finally try Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, and of course the other products.

  1. Tee hee, that's me by the tombola!! Also winning entry to a nightclub that was probably free already. And a nightclub?! I'm over 30. I'd rather go home and sit in my slippers.

Was a fun night, I found some photos on the St Davids facebook of me on the Capital FM stage, not winning the trip to NY, have added them to my blog post about the night.

Was great to have a little chat with you - hope to see you at another event sometime soon! P x

  4. This event looks fab :) . I notice that Mermaid Quay in Cardiff is it nice there? I am going away with a friend for a girlie weekend in June but cannot decide between Cardiff and Bournemouth! I think we prefer Bournemouth as it has a nice beach and we can go to Cardiff anytime for the day. I do love Cardiff though :). xx
