Review : The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri

I've previously mentioned my love for the Green Earth Wok by Ozeri, I've now been lucky enough to try out the frying pan from the same range. Read on for a review of the 26cm/10" non-stick frying pan.

I have tried quite a few Ozeri products now and have been impressed by their quality every time, this pan was no different. It feels sturdy and as though it was made to last, it even comes with a limited lifetime warranty to back this up.

Included with the pan is a protector that you place in the pan when storing to avoid damage.

The pan uses a natural ceramic coating and remains free of PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals, it is the first non-stick pan to remain free of those chemicals. Be assured that even without those nasty chemicals the non-stick of this frying pan works very well, better than a lot that I have tried. All that it takes to clean this pan is a little bit of warm water and soap, it comes up spotless every time.

As well as being used on standard hobs the pan also has a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves. I use mine on standard gas hobs and find that it heats up quickly. It also features a heat resistant silicone handle.

The only downside that I have with this pan is that it doesn't come with a lid, this can be purchased separately for a further £8.95.

As usual the link to purchase is below the first picture.
