Slimming World Weekly Weigh In #12

I started this week really well, I did a huge food shop and planned my evening meals and some of my lunches for the week, I also popped into Iceland to buy some of the Slimming World freezer food just in case. We used the sausages one day and they were lovely. As is becoming a habit I did trip up a little on the weekend, I simply can't say no to treats when I'm out and I see them, I enjoy cake too much! Despite the slip ups I did have quite a few low syn & zero syn days so I imagine that I did stay within my syn allowance over the week as a whole, which is how I managed to lose another 1.5lbs, bringing me to a total weight loss of 1 stone & 4lbs.

I am a little worried about how I'm going to manage to stick to plan now that I'm back in work. I'm working shifts so am trying to get things cooked in the morning before work or once I get home from work before Spencer brings Aria home, but it will be difficult. I have another portion of most of the above meals in the freezer and some syn free ready meals so at least I have a back up in case I can't cope! I really should spend one day batch cooking meals for us and for Aria but to be honest, I can't be-bothered!

How do you cope with cooking healthy meals when time is limited?
