Slimming World : Weekly Weigh In Results & Food Diary #1

Last week I took the plunge and joined a local Slimming World group. I've previously followed the Slimming World weight loss plan online, but this time I felt that I needed the extra support and motivation that you get from joining a group. I was quite nervous about going alone but the group are warm and welcoming which is always good! Today I had my first weigh in...

The Perfect Entrance to your Entertaining Space: Bi-fold Room Dividers

If your home is large enough to house separate rooms for dining, cooking and lounging then dividing up the rooms is likely not an issue.  However, if you have an older style home with massive rooms which get cold, draughty and uncomfortable when it comes to entertaining, room dividers may be on your wish list. Similarly, maybe you live in a beautiful open plan apartment or house that is great for day to day living with the family, but what about when you want to impress your diners?

This is when bi-fold room dividers can come into their own. They have been on interior designers and architect’s plans for a long time and are now becoming increasingly popular with homeowners looking to divide up their space in a clever and design-led way.

While breastfeeding isn't something to be ashamed of some mothers (myself included when I was doing it!) are very paranoid about feeding in public. Home : Updated Nursery Tour

Not finding out the sex of our baby meant that we had to decorate the Nursery in gender neutral colours, we opted for grey & yellow, which you can see here. Now that Aria has arrived I have gone a little crazy adding A LOT of pink into the room, we now have a beautiful yellow, grey & pink nursery.

Hen Party Planning On A Budget

I recently organised a Hen night for one of my best friend's. As pretty much everyone was on a super tight budget it was agreed that we wouldn't do anything too expensive, we booked into a hotel in Swansea and planned to have a night out. I wanted to make a real effort as we weren't really doing a lot. With a budget of £80 to spend on nine people it was tough, but I managed to get decorations, personalised t-shirts for the entire party, goody bags for the entire party and loads more without going too much over budget.

Aria's Summer Clothing Wishlist

Now that Aria is four months old she is finally fitting into 0-3 months clothing! The problem with her being so small is that the majority of 0-3 month clothing that we have for her is suited for colder weather than what we are currently experiencing, which means that I will have to go on a Summer clothing shopping spree for her.
