Review : Children's Personalised Encyclopedia

Regular readers will likely know that I absolutely love personalised items, I think that personalisation adds that little bit more to an item making it extra special. Teaming personalisation with education is a huge bonus which is why I couldn't resist the beautiful My Personalised Encyclopedia*.

colourful personalised children's encyclopedia for Aria

We will be giving this Encyclopedia to Aria for her first birthday, some may think that one is a little bit young for an Encyclopedia but I personally think starting them as young as possible is a good thing. It is illustrated beautifully with plenty of bright colours that will capture Aria's attention. She may not yet fully understand it but it is a great way to teach her new words.

When Aria is a little older we will start to read out the facts to her as well as the words. She can also have fun spotting her name hidden in amongst the illustrations. I am certain that this Encyclopedia will grow with Aria and be used time and time again throughout the years. From looking at pretty, colourful pictures, recognising letters and words, learning the alphabet and discovering fun facts it has something suitable for most ages, even mummy & daddy are sure to learn a thing or two!

My Personalised Encyclopedia is available in a choice of softback and hardback cover, I opted for the hardback as I intend this to be a well used book for many years. The book can be personalised with your child's first name up to 12 characters and you can also add a personal message up to two lines of 40 characters each.
