October 2016 UK Degustabox Unboxing Video*

*Disclaimer : I receive a Degustabox each month in exchange for an honest review*

Degustabox delivery day is fast becoming my favourite day of the month. I love surprises and I love food so unboxing is always an exciting time. As usual in my unboxing video I have shared my initial thoughts on the box and trialled a few of the items that are ready to eat. Carry on reading to get a discount code for £7 off your first Degustabox, meaning that you only pay a fab £5.99.

As you can see from the video while I was pleased to see more 'treats' in the box I didn't actually enjoy a lot of those treats. My favourite item was the Hersheys bar, closely followed by the Pitch Choco Bars.

This is the first box that I've received without any drinks and I must say I did actually miss the addition of a drink. I do feel that sometimes there are too many drinks in the boxes, but one is always nice.

Since opening the box I've discovered that Aria loves the Snapea Rice Sticks, no surprise really as peas are her favourite food ever, combine peas with crisps and you're most definitely onto a winner! Spencer has tried the pulled pork and jalapeno soup and really enjoyed it, while I've tried the spiced curry noodles and was pleasantly surprised.

Onto the pricing, the products in my box were :

Levi Roots Smokey BBQ Coat 'n' Cook - £1
Maggi Fusian Noodles x 2 - £2.78
Yoshoi Snapea Rice Sticks - £1.99
Robinsons Squash'd Orange - £2.49
Heinz Kid's Dry Pasta Shapes - £1.19
Heinz Kid's Pasta Sauce - £1.55
Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme - £1
Beloved Date Fruit Hearts x 4 - £3
JimJams 83% Less Sugar Milk Chocolate Spread - £2.59
Pitch Choco Bar - £1.40
IAM SOUPER x 2 - £2.98

Total product value - £21.97

Almost £22 worth of product which isn't bad for a box that costs £12.99, or £5.99 with my discount code!

If you fancy giving Degustabox a go yourself then use my code P2W4U to receive an impressive £7 off your first box, £5.99 for all this isn't too bad at all!

  1. I love subscription boxes... I've been checking out stationery ones lately. I like the idea of a food one, but I have food allergies so that represents a bit of a problem! :)
