Aria's Toddler Girl Bedroom Makeover Part 1

*Disclosure - Items marked '*' were received for inclusion in this post*

Aria has recently made the move from her cot to a big girls bed (aka, a single bed). We decided that a big girl's bed needs to live in a big girl's nursery, so, emotions ignored we decided to transform the nursery that we lovingly decorated while Aria was a bump in my bedroom into a bedroom fit for a little Princess. Peppa Pig accessories begrudgingly included.

Meet The Welsh Bloggers - Welsh Mummy Blogs

Running this series has taught me that I am useless at running a series. These posts are becoming more of a monthly thing than a weekly thing. I must get more organised, I must. Anyway, I digress, I am now back with another Welsh blogger, this week I am interviewing Charlotte from Welsh Mummy Blogs.

From Sleeping Angel, To Sleeping Demon - My Toddler, The Sleep Thief

My daughter slept through from the age of two months, and oh how smug I was about that. I had the perfect baby who slept like a dream and everything was lovely and happy. Fast forward to today, she will be two next month and she hates sleep. She is a sleep thief and everything is grumpy and miserable.

UK Degustabox December 2016 - Unboxing Vlog

*Disclaimer : I receive a Degustabox each month in exchange for an honest review*

Firstly, apologies for the lateness of this post. My December Degustabox arrived in between Christmas and New Year and, as I'm sure you can imagine, life has been a little hectic since then. Aria decided to help me open this box and trial the contents which she loved, and she certainly adds the cute factor to the video.

Review : Aveeno Baby Range

*Disclosure : I received these Aveeno products in exchange for an honest review*

At BlogFest16 I came across the baby range from skincare brand Aveeno and was pleased to find a sample of their Baby Soothing Relief Emollient Cream in the goody bag from the event. Aria has very dry, bumpy skin and I couldn't wait to put the Aveeno cream to the test.

Tips for Photographing Newborns

*This is a Collaborative Post*

Newborns are new for such a short time that it’s really important to capture their soft, well, newness before it evaporates and they become more alert and part of the world. You’d think that photographing newborn babies would be easy – it’s not like they’re going to get up and run away, after all!

However, there are a few tricks you can use to get the most out of a newborn photo-shoot. If you or someone you know has a new baby, you can take some amazing shots and combine them in a collage canvas from Hello Canvas as a keepsake or gift.

Review : Escape Reality, Cardiff

*Disclosure : We were invited to Escape Reality free of charge in exchange for an honest review*

I've heard a few people talking about Escape Reality in Cardiff but have never visited myself, so when they invited me and five friends along for a review I jumped at the chance. I wasn't really sure what to expect, all I knew was that you get locked into a room and have to solve clues in order to escape! Sounds exciting right?

The (Not Big or Fat) Quiz of The Year

Jenny from Chilling with Lucas tagged me to answer 'the (not big or fat) quiz of the year' which I thought was a great way of reflecting back on 2016. I'll be honest, I struggled to think back on the whole year so most of my answers will be from the back end of 2016 - mum brain really is a thing!

Dyffryn Gardens Twelve Days of Christmas Trail

Following a lovely, relaxing Christmas we were itching to get out and about and take in some fresh air. I'd seen blog posts by both Cardiff Mummy Says and Teddy Bears and Cardigan about the Twelve Days of Christmas Days at Dyffryn Gardens, a National Trust property based in the Vale of Glamorgan, and quite fancied taking a look myself.

Blogging Income & Stats December 2016

December wasn't a great month income wise which is entirely my fault as I've slacked. I had a last minute holiday which meant working extra days the week before to make time up, I took my Mac on holiday with me with good intentions but while I was away I decided to enjoy my holiday and take a break. This combined with the fact that I attempted (and failed) Vlogmas and the Christmas preparations meant that I had very little time for blogging.

Blogging For A Living

2017 is the year that I am taking my blog up a notch or two, I intend to make a living blogging and (hopefully) make a decent part time wage doing so. As of the 23 December 2016 my blog became my job. Previously I have been working part time and fitting blogging in around my job and my daughter which was incredibly difficult and draining, and often stressful.
